The Hillside PTO’s annual fundraiser is now LIVE! The PTO plans to heavily subsidize the field trip costs for ALL students, pay for numerous cultural arts programs and assemblies, class parties, and host social events, among many other undertakings. Hillside PTO’s 2nd annual Trunk or Treat event will be held on Saturday, October 14th from 2pm-4pm (rain date on Sunday, October 15th from 2-4pm) at Conestoga High School. In order to make this event a success, parent volunteers are needed to host trunks. The PTO will provide all candy for the event, so trunk hosts are only responsible for decorating …

The fall session of After School Clubs registration opens up on Wednesday, September 20th at 10am.  To register please visit the Hillside PTO website here.  Financial assistance is available for after-school clubs. Please contact the school counselor, Ms. Kilby at kilbyk@tesd.net. All inquiries are confidential.  The deadline to reach out to Ms. Kilby is Friday, September 22nd.  The fall session will start the week of October 2nd.

It’s that time of year! Picture Day is scheduled for Monday, September 11th! Information including instructions for how to sign up and purchase your student’s pictures will be sent home the week before picture day. In the meantime – mark your calendars!

Parent volunteers are needed to help the school nurse and teachers conduct health screenings for all students on September 18th & 19th from 9am-12pm. Sign up here!

Third and fourth grade students are invited to join the Hillside music program. Fourth grade students may join the chorus, band, orchestra, or any combination of the three.
